I graduated from the 1000 hour program at Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in June 2021. Before that, I worked for 2 years as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist in Fairbanks, AK. My favorite modalities so far is Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy. I attended courses in Cupping and Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique in March 2022. I recently completed John F Barnes Myofascial Release I and II and Unwinding.
