I graduated from the 1000 hour program at Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in June 2021. Before that, I worked for 2 years as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist in Fairbanks, AK. My favorite modalities so far is Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy. I will be attending courses in Cupping and Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique in March 2022.

Tasha is a 2003 graduate of Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage (OSTM) in Syracuse. She has extensive experience in a variety of massage settings, including private practice, chiropractic and clinical offices, spas, and salons. Tasha is also a dual-certified NYS educator who greatly values continuing education. Since graduating from OSTM, she has taken classes in many techniques and modalities such as medical, therapeutic, deep tissue, and prenatal massage; injury and accident treatment and recovery; reflexology, essential oils, and massage for PTSD. She has also studied Reiki and is a certified Level 2 Practitioner.

Tasha strives to listen carefully to each patient, develop a treatment plan to meet their individual needs, and provides post treatment suggestions to help keep you pain free and optimize your sessions. She uses a variety of techniques during each session; therefore, no two sessions are exactly alike. Tasha believes the body has an innate ability to heal itself and she is grateful to be an impetus for that healing. Although the majority of her treatments are therapeutic in nature, she is also available for a relaxing Swedish or Reiki session.
